Is the Free plan a trial?
No. Free is a permanent plan for one venue with unlimited bays and unlimited bookings. It does not require a payment method.
Who can use the 14-day paid-plan trial?
Eligible new customers can try Starter or Pro free for 14 days. A payment method is collected, and the selected subscription begins after the trial unless it is canceled. Trial eligibility is limited to one per owner or business.
Can customers book on a phone?
Yes. The public booking and checkout flow is designed for mobile, tablet and desktop.
Can I use my own website?
Yes. Share a direct booking link or embed the booking flow on your existing site.
How do payments work?
Connect Stripe to accept online payments. Stripe processing and any applicable transaction fees are separate from the software subscription.
Can I manage more than one venue?
Yes. Pro includes unlimited store locations in one organization. Every plan includes unlimited simulator bays.
Do you help with setup?
Pro includes assisted onboarding. You can also book a walkthrough before choosing a plan.
